Cancellation & Return Policy

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. No questions asked – we want you and your little one to be completely happy.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Intimate wear, socks, and hair accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days. No additional shipping fee for exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Money will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (before shipment).
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible – you can initiate a return after delivery.
