Cancellation & Return Policy
7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. No questions asked β we want you and your little one to be completely happy.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
- Intimate wear, socks, and hair accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Exchange Policy
You can exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days. No additional shipping fee for exchanges.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Money will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (before shipment).
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible β you can initiate a return after delivery.
- To cancel, email info@toddleandcare.com with your order number.
