How long does delivery take?
Domestic: 3-7 business days. Metro cities: 3-5 days. Rest of India: 5-7 days. International: 10-15 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We now ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Germany, and France. International shipping flat rate ₹1200 (approx $14 USD / £11 / €13). Delivery takes 10-15 business days.
What are your shipping charges?
Domestic: Free shipping on orders ₹999+. Below ₹999: ₹50 flat. International: ₹1200 flat (includes customs and handling – DDP).
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available internationally?
COD is only available for domestic orders (India) up to ₹2000, with ₹30 fee. International orders require prepaid online payment.
How do I return an international order?
You have 7 days from delivery. Please email info@toddleandcare.com with your order number. Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility unless item is defective. After we receive and inspect, refund processed within 7-14 business days.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. International orders: please contact immediately.
How do I choose the right size for my baby?
Please refer to our Size Guide (link in footer). Sizes are based on age and height. If you’re unsure, contact us for help.
What payment methods do you accept?
Domestic: credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets, COD. International: credit/debit cards, Razorpay (international cards accepted).
Will I have to pay customs duties for international orders?
No, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. The price you pay includes all customs and import taxes. No extra fees on delivery.
